We want Parcify to be enjoyable for everyone and therefore aim for positive and durable relations between the courier, sender and requester. These guidelines written below are designed to achieve that goal and to ensure that couriers receive a five-star rating after delivering a package. Please take a moment to read them because your behaviour matters.
As a courier, you will receive a rating from the sender and the requester of the package. This rating reflects the quality of your provided service and has an influence on the overall satisfaction rate of a Parcify customer. The measurement of the quality will be based on three rating criteria:
Quality. People who use Parcify expect their couriers to be polite and professional. The higher the quality of the service, the more people want to ask for a delivery, which in turn means more opportunities for couriers to earn money. A negative delivery experience often results in dissatisfaction and less demand over time.
- Star Rating. Your rating is based on an average of the number of post-delivery stars people gave you (from 1 to 5 stars). The easiest way to keep your average rating high is to provide a good service, be friendly and especially be on time on every ride. Couriers using Parcify typically provide excellent service and most deliveries run smoothly.
- Cancellation Rate. Your cancellation rate is a percentage that is calculated based on the number of requested rides you’ve accepted and then cancelled, and the number of rides you’ve completed. Last minute cancellations create a poor user experience and negatively affect other couriers. We understand that there may be times when something comes up and you have to cancel an accepted ride. Minimizing cancellations is, however, critical for the reliability of the system.
- On Time Delivery Rate. Your delivery rate is a percentage that is calculated based on the number of requested rides you delivered on time and the number of rides you’ve completed. E.g. if you deliver 95 requests out of 100 on time, your rating will be equal to 95%
